Sea buckthorn smoothie
A true skin saviour, sea buckthorn is known for healing wounds and burns, promoting elasticity, and protecting against dryness. It also contains about 12 times more vitamin C than an orange, hence this is an astonishing berry for glow and firmer skin.

- 1 orange
- 4 cm fresh ginger
- 2 cm fresh turmeric
- 100 g sea buckthorn
- 2 pitted medjool dates

Peel the zucchini, the orange, the ginger, and the turmeric. Mix all the ingredients in a blender until the texture is smooth. Store in a tightly sealed, clean bottle.
