How to make the perfect Pink Pisco for Valentine’s Day

We think that our love for Pisco Sour is worth celebrating any day of the year – but this frothy, smooth and very pink iteration is perfect sip to enjoy on 14th February

Whether you’re choosing to celebrate V-Day with a partner, friend, a pet, or just enjoying your own company – this version of the classic Pisco Sour, in its rosy-hued shades of pink and red, is the one to be sipping on.

While love can be complicated, this delicious concoction is not. Requiring just a few ingredients, this impressive cocktail can be served up within five minutes. So read on to set the mood with this tempting thirst quencher.

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 6 cl Pisco
  • 2 cl freshly-squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cl raspberry syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • Ice cubes
  • Freeze-dried raspberries

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 20 seconds.
  2. Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds.
  3. Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into chilled glasses and garnish with finely chopped freeze-dried raspberries.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
