While love can be complicated, this delicious concoction is not. Requiring just a few ingredients, this impressive cocktail can be served up within five minutes. So read on to set the mood with this tempting thirst quencher.
Ingredients
Serves 1
- 6 cl Pisco
- 2 cl freshly-squeezed lime juice
- 2 cl raspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
- Ice cubes
- Freeze-dried raspberries
Method
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (without ice) for about 20 seconds.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake for another 20 seconds.
- Strain through a fine-mesh strainer into chilled glasses and garnish with finely chopped freeze-dried raspberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
