While Copenhagen Fashion Week attendees were gobbling up the delights of the runways, Vogue Scandinavia knew that no visit to the Danish capital would be complete without trying the region's gastronomical signatures, too.
To bring signature flavour to the spring/summer 2023 fashion proceedings at Copenhagen this season, Vogue Scandinavia served up the true (read: weird and wonderful) tastes of Scandinavia. Cue 'friske rejer' alongside Ganni, 'syltede rødbeder' to complete Stine Goya and 'lakrids med salt' to accompany Latimmier – and this was the style set's verdict:
