Get a glimpse of actor Bill Skarsgård's wonderful upbringing in this exclusive Vogue Scandinavia video, where he also recollects memories of the best sartorial moments during his blossoming career
As Bill Skarsgård reminisces his childhood spent in the trendy Stockholm area of Södermalm, it's clear what's always been a part of him. "As a kid, I would go into my room, I would get dressed and come out as a different character. My family would have to call me by my character name, and I got really upset if they didn't call me by my character name."
Perhaps it's because he was born into Sweden's most famous family of actors, which meant frolicking around on sets since he was a young boy, either way, Skarsgård was destined to perform.
Now decades of acclaimed work in the industry under his belt, Skarsgård speaks to Vogue Scandinavia ahead of his latest venture for Netflix. "For the show Clark, I definitely had the most outrageous wardrobe. I don't know how many outfits I have in it, but it's like close to a hundred," he says.
Below, you'll hear more inside information on Skarsgård's charming childhood and the best garment he has ever gotten from a set.
