Iceland - Laugarvegur Trail

The Laugarvegur trail in Iceland has been listed as one of the loveliest trails in the world by the National Geographic Society. The hiking trail between Þórsmörk and Landmannalaugar is one of Iceland's most popular hiking trails.

It is unusual to find so much variety in the landscape. Besides allowing for plenty of time to enjoy the hike itself, it is strongly recommended that hikers use the opportunity and stay some time in Þórsmörk at the end of the hike. Þórsmörk is a true blessing to hikers with many great short and long, beautiful hikes.

Norway – Trolltunga.

Trolltunga is an unbelievably lovely hike, with mind-blowing views over lakes and snow-capped mountains. The hike ends at the Troll's tongue, a thin slice of rock perfect for photographs. Recently, the fame of this hike has increased. This is one of the busiest trails in Norway. If you seek a quiet experience, this hike may not be suitable for you. Nevertheless, taking your photos on Trolltunga is a blast, making the hike so famous.

Denmark – Camønoen.

Do you wish to go hiking in Denmark to experience the south of Scandinavia further? Camønoen is Denmark's friendliest hiking trail, stretching around Møn, Nyord, and Bogø with about 175km. A good starting point is Møns Museum, where you can get a personalized hiking map. The Sjællandsleden trail that stretches through the island of Zealand has a connection with Camønoen.

Finland - Winter Snowshoe Hikes in Ylläs.

Hiking up with snowshoes is a fun and suitable form of workout. Ylläs has snowshoeing routes of about 50km, which helps to accommodate many people at the same time. You do not need prior experience, just a good spirit and a camera to capture the breathtaking nature around you. If you are looking for a more tranquil walk, you can slow down the pace, look for gently sloping hills or follow the marked trails. In Yilãs, you are really in the nature. Stop in the middle of nowhere, breathe in the cleanest air in the world, and let the white silence fascinate you.

Sweden - The King’s trail .

The King's Trail is a Swedish classic. Spanning along rushing rivers, through dark forests and up to Sweden's tallest mountain Kebnekaise. It offers alpine landscapes and during the summer months, up to 24 hours of sunlight. The full trail is an ambitious task so feel free to pick the sections you like best. Summer months with lots of daylight is the best time to go, it’s one of the most magical times of year in northern Sweden.

Faroe Islands - Kallur Lighthouse

Kallur Lighthouse is a moderately trafficked loop trail of about 4km situated near Trøllanes and Eysturoy in the Faroe Islands. Take the ferry over to Kalsöy in the morning and drive to the north tip. From the lighthouse you’ll have probably the best view there is in Faroe Islands. Dramatic vertical cliffs dropping straight into the ocean. In the summer you’ll also find lots of birds nesting in the cliffs. It is an easy hike, but it may be more challenging if you are frightened by heights.
