Jan Thomas Studio
Since 2008, Jan Thomas Studio has been an Oslo institution. Opening his first salon (located just behind the Norwegian palace), Thomas later expanded to the affluent Frogner neighbourhood (2017) and beyond. Today, the franchise has four locations, becoming a national name with locations in Mo I Rana and Bodø (2023).
His original two salons have become must-visit destinations for customers looking for an experience out of the ordinary – especially one involving highlights. The talented and creative team of hairstylists and makeup artists have worked together for ten years, creating a tight-knit family that want to bring out the best in everyone. The result is an intimate, inviting, and welcoming space where the client’s needs are carefully catered to.

Gevir
Since 2010, Agnes Gulbrandsen and Linn Jøssang Helgelands have established its three Gevir hair salons as some of the coolest spots for a hair cut in Oslo. Here, creativity for creativity's sake is scrapped in lieu of beauty and well-being, with the salon's stylists striving to make you feel like your best self through highly-personalised cuts.
Across the salons three locations Grünerløkka, Majorstuen and Gevir Boutique, Gevir's stylists are a skilled bunch frequently tapped for their expertise by the fashion industry. Norwegian brand Holzweiler's latest London Fashion Week show is one example, where two of Gevir's employees assisted head hairstylist Anna Cofone. Not convinced yet? How about having a look at Norwegian content creator Tsutsumi Hoang's envious tresses, cut by Gevir's Dominika Anna Langbråten.
