Showing in season, buzzy Swedish brand Teurn Studios beckons us into spring
Teurn Studios’ spring/summer 2022 collection is a feast for the modern minimalist. A continuation of the newly launched brand’s first collection, autumn/winter 2021, it adds to Teurn’s already established signatures of soft suiting and elevated essentials. “With SS22, we seek to further evolve and curate the Teurn wardrobe, focusing firmly on exceptional quality and distinct yet timeless designs,” founder Anna Teyrnell commented on the collection.
The collection is a lesson in layering, cut from the sombre shades of beige, black and cream – all of the necessary neutrals. Soft leggings are paired with long-line T-shirts, a billowing blazer, and a crisp cream trench coat. Polished is the perfect adjective to describe the lineup, sleek lines in leather skirts and tucked in tops. A gathered silk top and dress finished off the everyday ensembles, lending the lineup a sense of occasion.
Statement accessories, seen in the sparkly boots that became an instant It-piece when launched, are brought into the warmer months in the form of strappy silver sandals, golden Mary Janes and square-toed silver pumps. Fluffy sandals lend some pizzazz to the otherwise muted outfits for the comfort cravers among us.
