After bursting onto the sartorial scene on Prada's 2019 runway, the model quickly became a favourite among international designers. From one season to the next, she opened for Loewe and Fendi and walked the likes of Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Valentino, Miu Miu, Versace, Dior, Lanvin (which she closed), Givenchy, and Saint Laurent among more than 40 shows. As American Vogue put it at the time, she "swept Paris Fashion Week, landing nearly all the city's key shows."
The model, who is of Somalian, Ethiopian, Danish and Turkish heritage, is a champion of Scandinavian fashion often spotted sporting her trusty (Di)vision bomber jacket.
