The Norwegian-American actor is a master: both in her craft and in her style. Here, we look at 15 of Kristine Froseth's most stand-out looks to date
Norwegian-American actor and Vogue Scandinavia’s latest digital cover star, Kristine Froseth, excels in her pursuits both on-screen and sartorially, with the fresh-faced The Buccaneers lead having developed a distinct, playful yet sleek style over the years. Whether due to her modelling roots, the Chanel ambassadorship she scooped up in the early stages of her blossoming acting career or the new A-list-endorsed stylist Sandra Amador that she has started to work with, Froseth never fails to deliver, be it sitting in the front row at a fashion show or striding down a red carpet.
Ahead, we look at 15 of the actor’s most memorable style moments so far.

March 2024
Froseth is a familiar fixture at fashion weeks, often seen sitting front row at the runway spectacles of major maisons. In March earlier this year, she attended Miu Miu’s autumn/winter ’24 show in Paris, clad in a monochromatic ensemble boasting a beige checkered jacket, a matching shirt layered with another cream shirt, and a denim skirt. She finished her casual yet cool look with a black leather handbag and loafers.

In February of this year, Froseth hit up another runway show, this time at the AW24 London Fashion Week. Heading to JW Anderson’s showcase, she was spotted on the streets of the English capital sporting a full look by the designer, comprising a grey cut-out dress worn over a white shirt, teamed with a pair of bright orange sandals and a neon green handbag. The actor completed her playful get-up with matching vibrant bows adorning her braids.

Another one of Froseth’s London Fashion Week ensembles that shouldn’t be overlooked is when she stepped out to attend Simone Rocha’s AW24 showcase. A firm fan of the British designer, Froseth donned a baby pink raincoat embellished with roses from the brand’s spring/summer ’24 collection for the occasion. The unexpected hero pieces of the sweet look? The chunky, crystal-adorned Crocs which the actor wore with comfy socks.

Another charming Simone Rocha moment from Froseth in 2024 was the moment she stepped out sporting ballet core-heavy attire from the label’s spring/summer ’24 collection. Attending the Vanity Fair x EE BAFTA Rising Star Party in London, she donned a transparent black, puff-sleeve tulle dress with pink rose inserts peeking from under the fabric. Froseth wore the frock with solid black stockings and finished the coquettish get-up with a pair of pink ballet flats.

October 2023
Showcasing her versatility in her style, Froseth took part in the Gucci Cosmos event in London last October clad in an ensemble differing from the feminine silhouette we usually see her in. Wearing an oversized, striped shirt teamed with slouchy black trousers, black sneakers and a white Jackie handbag, all courtesy of Gucci, we loved to see her in a new look. Bonus points for the graphic eyeliner straight from Euphoria.

April 2022
Little black dress, but make it cooler. In April 2022, Froseth rocked up to the Los Angeles premiere of the drama series The First Lady, where she was cast as the young Betty Ford. In line with the show, Froseth went for a polished and elegant look featuring a black, oversized tweed blazer, which she coupled with matching patent Mary Janes and silver jewellery.

Spotted in New York City: Froseth, looking stunning in head-to-toe Chanel at the premiere of HBO’s Gossip Girl reboot. Emerging on the red carpet wearing a cream, sequin-piped tweed top with a matching midi skirt featuring a high slit, Froseth gave us summertime chic with her ensemble, plucked from Chanel’s spring/summer ’21 ready-to-wear line-up.

September 2021
Due to reasons we know too well, the 2021 Met Gala was postponed to September from its usual date on the first Monday of May, and Froseth was lucky enough to score an invite. Bringing her A-game to the much-coveted event, Froseth opted for an ensemble that understood the assignment and theme of the 2021 spectacle: In America: A Lexicon of Fashion. Wearing a bright vermillion gown with white contrast stitching by American designer Tory Burch, Froseth dazzled in all of the look’s simplicity.

December 2021
Serving summer style inspiration – although she wore this look in December – in 2021, Froseth attended a cocktail party in Miami organised by Chanel to celebrate the brand’s new store opening in the city’s Design District. Naturally, Froseth wore an outfit by Chanel, which we can’t wait to recreate as warmer months arrive. Sporting a black and pink two-piece set, a crop top and loose trousers crafted from the house’s signature tweed, Froseth completed her look with a classic, black leather Chanel 2.55 handbag.

January 2020
Having been a Chanel ambassador since 2019, Froseth has clocked a bevvy of striking looks by the brand. Amongst our favourite Chanel moments of the actor is the get-up she wore to the house’s spring/summer ’20 Haute Couture show in Paris. Donning a vibrant vermillion (a proven great colour for her) tweed skirt suit with puffed sleeves, large bedazzled buttons, and black patent loafers, Froseth looked every bit of a sophisticated Chanel woman.

November 2019
One of Froseth’s most memorable earlier looks is the lemon-yellow silk dress by Alejandra Alonso Rojas, which she wore to the 2019 Vogue Fashion Fund awards in New York City. Reminding us of that famous yellow dress Kate Hudson donned in the iconic rom-com How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days, Froseth’s frock was a breath of fresh air amongst the attendees. It being November, the actor accessorised her look with a chunky, matching knitted scarf, which she wore draped around her.

September 2019
Attending the screening for her smash-hit show Looking for Alaska at the 2019 Tribeca TV Festival in New York City, where Froseth plays the titular character, the actor painted the town red with her scarlet, ruffled velvet dress. Featuring padded shoulders and ruched detailing, the vivid frock complemented Froseth’s features perfectly, the finishing touch arriving by way of her sultry smokey eyes.

November 2018
Wearing sneakers to the red carpet wasn’t groundbreaking in 2018, but doing that in a fashion-forward way was. Nailing her casual meets formal look to the tee, Froseth attended the 2018 Vogue Fashion Fund’s 15th-anniversary event in Brooklyn wearing a black feathered dress emblazoned with a dragonfly motif from Diane von Furstenberg’s 2019 Resort collection. Making a splash with her shoe choice, the actor opted for a pair of black and grey sneakers.

Froseth and Miu Miu make a great match, and her angelic Miu Miu look from the Venice Film Festival in 2018 remains forever engraved in our memories. Wearing a white, feathered strappy dress with pearls and crystal-embellished bows paired with bedazzled heels, Froseth’s attire was pure perfection. Her messy updo and flash of pink eyeshadow added interesting details to the ensemble.

July 2018
When the Cannes Film Festival launched its first-ever event focused on international TV series, dubbed Canneseries, Froseth was amongst the attendees at the inaugural edition. There for her role of Nola in the miniseries The Truth About the Harry Quebert Affair, Froseth gave us hints of an upcoming ambassadorship with Chanel, wearing a short-sleeved cobalt blue and pink checkered mini dress by the house. Far ahead of the ballet core trend sweeping the industry many years after, she coupled the frock with a pair of nude ballet flats.
