What does beauty mean to you?
For me, beauty means simplicity and naturalness.
Talk us though your morning beauty routine...
For some reason, I'm always on the run so it's really important that my beauty routine is fast and easy to do. If I have more time to spend on my morning routine, I always start with a face oil from RMS and a few strokes with a cold gua sha from Mantle. Afterwards, I'll apply a thick layer of my absolute favourite day cream Embryolisse Lait-Cream Concentré which you can buy at French pharmacies. If I'm wearing makeup, I'll always finish with the Urban Decay All Nighter Setting Spray.

Which three products are always in your makeup bag and why have they earned a place there?
Shiseido Synchro Skin Self-Refreshing Tint, RMS Beauty Lip2Cheek and Chanel Baume Essential Multi-Use Glow Stick. They are all very lightweight and together they make my skin look healthy and radiant in a very natural way.
Irreplaceable Products
How do you look after your hair?
I use the Olaplex No.6 Bond Smoother when my hair is still wet and a scalp oil from Ceremonia. I always let my hair dry by itself and rarely expose it to any heat styling.

What is your favourite fragrance?
I don't have just one favourite fragrance. I always wear multiple perfumes and love to match different scents to different places and moods. I've been wearing Aẽsop Eidesis a lot recently, which is woody and spicy, but some other scents that I love include Prada Paradoxe and the warmth of Vanille Antique from Byredo. I'm also a fan of Le Labo Another 13, Santal 33 and Thé Noir, which is based on black tea and is both fresh and seductive.

What are the beauty practices you’ve learned from the women in your family?
My mum and grandmother both used Elizabeth Arden's Eight Hour Cream. It's a multi-tasking product that basically treats everything - lips, dry spots and cracked skin. I use it now, too.
What was your greatest beauty discovery?
A Mason Pearson hair brush and the Beach Muse Sea Mineral Spray from Noir Stockholm both help me to create a sleek bun – my go-to hairstyle six out of seven days a week.
What beauty advice would you give your younger self?
Try everything once to get to know what you like.
Do you have a beauty or wellness secret?
Don't care too much about the way you look. That can be hard on social media but beauty really does come from within.
