Queen Elizabeth II’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations concluded in a spectacular fashion yesterday with a pageant and parade to mark the British monarch’s 70-year reign.

The tens of thousands of people lining the streets to watch the parade, along with those streaming it live around the world, were treated to a colourful display bringing to life Britain’s many cultural milestones of the last seven decades.

Among a convoy of double-decker buses representing the succession of decades of the Queen's reign was a 90s-themed vehicle - think Brit Pop, Girl Power and Harry Potter. The open-top coach glided through the streets bearing the decade’s most iconic Supermodels (note the capital S), including Kate Moss, Naomi Campbell and Erin O’Connor - suitably fitted out in Burberry and emblazoned with union jacks.

While Bryanboy’s entrance to the fashion world came well after the 90s, he took his rightful place on the bus with other industry icons such as make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury, hair stylist Sam McKnight, and Bridgerton star Phoebe Dynevor.

Bryanboy, who has lived in Stockholm with his Swedish partner since 2017, is no stranger to shoulder-rubbing celebrity moments. An OG fashion blogger and influencer, he is now an editorial director, creative consultant and Tik Tok sensation, regularly appearing at the front rows and global campaigns of the world's biggest brands.

For the occasion, Bryanboy opted for an all-black ensemble of Commes Des Garçons and Prada, aptly finished with a sculptural fascinator by legendary British milliner Stephen Jones.

Other esteemed fashion folk who made appearances during the pageant event included Zandra Rhodes, Twiggy and Katie Grand, while Ed Sheeran marked the end of the festivities with a rendition of “God Save The Queen” outside Buckingham Palace.
