The beauty mood in Copenhagen this season was overall a rather paired-back affair, with natural fresh-faced makeup and lived-in hair. That said, we had our eyes peeled for standout runway moments to replicate: from reckless rock n' roll eyeliner to hairsprayed coifs – discover Vogue Scandianvia's three favourite beauty looks at Copenhagen Fashion Week below:

Gestuz's smudged liner and tousled tresses
Gestuz's whole show was sexy but not sexual, perhaps because it was "made more for the female gaze," according to creative director Sanne Sehested. "For the wearer herself." Beyond leather mini dresses and knitted micro shorts, this idea of sex appeal came through in the beauty as well: bedroom eyes boosted by a smudged black liner, glossy skin and flushed cheeks – not to mention tousled, lived-in bed head.
The looks is best reproduced with flat iron tongs twisted back and forth for lived-in waves, given a boost by a spritz of salt water of texture spray. The eyes will have even a makeup novice filled with glee, black kajal applied all along the waterline and smudged out – as if you've just rubbed your eyes. Finally, the fresh faced glow, amplified by a glossy rouge. What's more rock 'n roll than that?
Nicklas Skovgaard's coiffed hairdo

The '80s set the agenda at Nicklas Skovgaard, where – somewhat coincidentally – the glam team tapped into one of the most au Courant beauty aesthetics: the 'mob wife'. With hair coiffed and teased sky-high, this is a look to replicate for anyone who has recently saved Carmella and Adriana from The Sopranos or Michelle Pfeiffer as Elvira Hancock in Scarface on Pinterest.
Perfectly paired with floor-skimming faux furs (another trend seen on the streets of Copenhagen), this maximised look is modernised by another nostalgic beauty look: '90s minimalism. Think Kate Moss's brows and barely-there lashes.
Lovechild 1979's barely-there makeup and berry lips
Lovechild 1979's woman this autumn/winter '24 season was one on the go, storming through city streets knit scarf slung across her shoulder. Look hard enough, and you see hints of the TikTok trending 'frazzled Englishwoman': the bouclé knits, semi-buttoned shirts and excellent outerwear.
This on-the-go mentality translated into the makeup as well, with minimal makeup – a powdered base and brushed up brows – punctuated by berry red lips. While the lips themselves were perfectly carved, the slightly worn-in gradient had the air of lived-in valour.
