There may be a photo ban for guests inside, but Vogue's photographers get an all-access pass to capture all the action
We all wonder what goes on inside the Met Gala – but unfortunately for the public, attendees are asked to agree not to photograph what actually happens inside the event. While guests’ iPhone cameras are covered with stickers, the only people who get to capture the evening’s adventures are Vogue’s very own photographers.
This year, Hunter Abrams and Poupay Jutharat went inside the event to snap all the action – from Zendaya posing in her Maison Margiela Artisanal gown against the greenery decor, to the live orchestra glammed out with glitter-fied hair. Scroll through to see all the best moments from inside the 2024 Met Gala.
